Hotel Housekeeper Recruitment in Scotland.

We are currently recruiting a number of Housekeepers for our fantastic client, a luxury hotel based in the Scottish Highlands.
Job Overview:
You will ensure that all assigned areas are cleaned and sanitised according to company standards, contributing to a pleasant and comfortable environment for our guests/residents.
Key Responsibilities are but not limited to:
- Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Clean and sanitise bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas.
- Change linens and make beds in accordance with company procedures.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate personnel.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols while performing duties.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect guests’/residents’ privacy at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Housekeeper or similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and procedures.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and thoroughness.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
