Lewis Clennell and Molly Clennell founded Achieve Hospitality in September 2019, establishing a specialist luxury hospitality recruitment consultancy. Starting with a vision to transform luxury sector recruitment, the founding team brought decades of combined executive-level experience to create bespoke recruitment services tailored to high-end hospitality venues across the UK.

The global pandemic hit, and all hospitality venues closed overnight, presenting unprecedented challenges. Rather than retreat, this became Molly and Lewis’s catalyst for strategic diversification. We adapted our recruitment services and expanded our market reach, demonstrating the resilience and innovation that became hallmarks of our luxury recruitment approach.

New premium services launched, including Private Household Recruitment, Family Office Staffing, and exclusive Concierge services for Ultra High Net Worth Individuals. We secured key international partnerships across the United States, Europe, and the Middle East, establishing our global network and positioning Achieve Hospitality.

Moved into our first dedicated office unit, marking a significant growth milestone. This physical establishment provided the foundation for enhanced client services and team collaboration, supporting our expanding luxury recruitment operations across hospitality, private household, and UHNW sectors while maintaining our personalised service approach.

Relocated to our brand new head office facility, reflecting continued growth and commitment to world-class luxury recruitment services. The expanded premises enabled enhanced operations, accommodated our growing team of specialist consultants, and better served our international clientele. We also won Most Original Business at the Best New Tees Business Awards.

Reached a headcount milestone of 10 dedicated professionals, creating a strong team of luxury recruitment specialists. Our expanded workforce includes expert consultants covering Luxury Hospitality, Private Households, Family offices, Superyacht Crews, and UHNW community services, ensuring comprehensive expertise across all luxury sectors. We’ve also welcomed dedicated new team members to our finance and marketing departments.

Secured a substantial six-figure investment, positioning Achieve Hospitality for accelerated expansion. This strategic funding enables us to strengthen our global presence, expand international partnerships, and continue innovating in the luxury sector recruitment. For a second year running we won the Turnover – Small Business category at the VelociTees Awards.
