Lewis Clennell

Founder & Managing Director

Meet Lewis- our Founder & Managing Director. Lewis launched Achieve Hospitality in 2019 focusing on the recruitment for Luxury Hospitality, soon expanding into the Private Household and UHNW community offering an unparalleled recruitment experience. With a keen eye for gaps in the market and an unwavering commitment to achieve excellence, Lewis continues to grow the team, implement new services and build strong partnerships in the sectors Achieve Hospitality supports. Lewis has a passion for travel and enjoys visiting new luxury hotels. 

Molly Teasdale

Co-Founder & Managing Director

Meet Molly- our Co-Founder & Managing Director. Molly founded Achieve Hospitality alongside Lewis in 2019. Since the beginning, Molly has had a strong emphasis on business development, marketing and the overall management of the company. Molly has expanded the agency’s reach building valuable partnerships, allowing us to remain at the forefront of the ever-evolving industries we support. Outside of work, Molly has a love for all things wellness and the great outdoors enjoying country walks and chilled spa days.

Grace Jones

Head of Marketing

Meet Grace - with over 8 years of experience, Grace brings a wealth of Marketing and Design knowledge from a variety of industries including recruitment.

As Head of Marketing, Grace will manage the execution of all marketing strategies and communications internally and externally. Grace will work closely with the whole of the Achieve Hospitality team to provide positive change and development throughout the business. Marketer by day and by night, you will find Grace at soft play with her little family, swimming, watching films or having a laugh with friends.

Jana Kocevska

Divisional Manager - Private Households, Estates and Family Offices

Meet Jana- Divisional Manager of Private Household, Estates & Family Offices. Jana joined the agency as a Senior Recruitment Consultant in our Private Staffing Division before being very well deservingly promoted to a Divisional Manager through her amazing knowledge and experience in the industry along with her commitment to go above and beyond for our clients and candidates. Jana entered the world of recruitment following a wonderful career as a private Personal Assistant and Nanny to UHNW families. Jana has a passion for the outdoors and enjoys long walks, swimming, good food and good wine.

Emily Adair

Recruitment Consultant

Meet Emily- our Associate Recruitment Consultant in our Private Household, Estates, Family Offices & Yachting Divisions. Emily joined us following an incredible background in yachting as a former Second Stewardess on luxury superyachts, not forgetting her Private Staffing recruitment background. Emily understands the UHNW community on a personal level and adapts her approach to individual candidates and clients needs to create a tailored and unique recruitment experience. Emily has a fantastic creative flair for singing, acting and performing.

Matthew Regan

Divisional Manager - Hospitality

Meet Matthew- Divisional Manager of Hospitality. Matthew joins the Achieve Hospitality senior leadership team following an impressive career spanning 8 years in the recruitment industry. During his time in the industry, Matthew has supported his clients and candidates in a wide range of industries including volume recruitment for events. Prior to recruitment, Matthew came from a Hospitality background having been around running and managing family owned pubs. Outside of work, Matthew enjoys spending time with his partner, 3 kids and the devil dog (as he calls his puppy that chews everything) and playing rugby.
