Meet the team
Founder & Managing Director Lewis launched Achieve Hospitality in 2019 focusing on the recruitment for Luxury Hospitality, soon expanding into the UHNW & Private Household market and now recruits for client’s worldwide. With a keen eye for gaps in the market, Lewis continues to grow his team to keep up with business demand and has many exciting plans for Achieve Hospitality’s future.
As Achieve Hospitality’s Hospitality Director, Molly focuses on the recruitment for Luxury Hospitality outlets. With a background working in corporate hotels and well established restaurants, Molly brings her experience on board to excel in her position. Molly has graduated from business school with a Masters Degree in International Management allowing her to captivate markets worldwide.
Based in Cape Town, Danielle has a passion for the private and luxury sector and is an expert in the world of yacht recruitment. Danielle studied in London and worked within one of the top Global Luxury Concierge companies in the world. Having a background in Luxury Events & Bespoke Projects for UHNWs, she has a knack for client relationships, networking and meeting new people.
Tanya joins the team following a lengthy background of working in hospitality across the UK and Marbella. Tanya brings to the team extensive knowledge across the Hospitality sector, working in varied roles for 25 years. Her loyalty and passion for the hospitality industry shines through in her position as Luxury Hospitality Recruitment Consultant. Tanya uses her expertise from the industry to advise our clients on the best recruitment strategy and ideal candidate profiles.
