We are recruiting an experienced Head Chef on behalf of our client, a Luxury Hotel based in Ireland.
Salary €60,000 – €65,000
Temp live in accommodation is available

The Role
- Craft menus and execute dishes to meet the standards of a 5-star luxury establishment.
- Comprehend the hotel’s business operations thoroughly.
- Motivate and foster professional relationships with the entire kitchen team.
- Demonstrate creativity by developing new recipes.
- Adhere to company guidelines concerning food costs and staffing levels.
- Manage the ordering and storage of food items.
- Maintain daily communication with suppliers.
- Manage and oversee the HACCP system within the property.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with staff and management from other departments.
- Enforce company policies and handle HR duties within the department.
- Remain composed under pressure while handling large volumes of guests.
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
- Manage staffing levels, rosters, and weekly schedules.
- Stay informed about allergens and update allergen information when menus change.
About You
- Exceptional team working skills and leadership.
- Experience in monitoring and controlling stock.
- Possess essential HACCP training (Level 1 & 2) and maintain records accordingly.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and essential kitchen software programs.
