Sous Chef Recruitment Luxury Hotel in Ireland
We are now recruiting an experienced Sous Chef on behalf of our client, a Luxury Hotel based in Ireland.
Salary – €44,000 – €46,000
Live in accommodation is available.
The Role
- Deliver exceptional, freshly prepared dishes in a 5-star environment to meet guest expectations.
- Present innovative recipe ideas to the Head Chef tailored to individual guest preferences.
- Proficient in producing dishes of 5-star dining quality.
- Contribute to the development of seasonal menus.
- Support the Head Chef in overseeing kitchen operations during peak times.
- Handle food procurement, storage, pricing, and budget management.
- Ensure a consistently safe and hygienic kitchen environment.
- Maintain a positive attitude and foster teamwork in the workplace.
- Capable of handling pressure and assuming additional responsibilities as needed.
About You
- Minimum of 3-5 years in a Senior Chef de Partie or Sous Chef position.
- Level 7 Degree in cooking or equivalent.
- HACCP Level 1 and 2 Qualified.
- Knowledge of allergens.
- Strong leadership skills with experience supervising a team.
- Planning and organisational skills.
- Positive attitude and able to work well under pressure.
- Exceptional communication skills.
