We are delighted to be assisting our fantastic client, a luxurious hotel property in their search for a Lounge Manager.
 
Duties of the role are but not limited to:
• Uphold the utmost standard of guest satisfaction during peak service periods, ensuring every aspect of the guest experience is delivered with sincerity and attention to detail.
• Lead, nurture, and inspire the team to consistently deliver excellence by setting a positive example, maintaining adaptability, and fostering a dynamic environment.
• Assist management in overseeing and coordinating operations within the Lounge to optimise efficiency and ensure seamless operations, ultimately fostering positive feedback and guest contentment.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to uphold the highest quality standards for food and beverage offerings.
• Adhere to brand protocols while remaining attentive and responsive to individual guest preferences and needs.
 
Ideal Candidate should have / be:
• Demonstrated strong leadership capabilities within a restaurant environment.
• Warm and authentic demeanor, capable of putting guests at ease.
• Effective communication skills to convey information clearly, confidently, and politely to all guests.
• Foster a positive outlook and demonstrate proactive problem-solving abilities to achieve or surpass expected outcomes.
• Exceptionally customer-focused mindset.
• Flexibility in scheduling, including availability for weekday and weekend shifts.
