We are recruiting a Hotel Pub Manager to lead the team at a wonderful 4-Star Hotel in The Lake District. 
 
Salary from £30,600
 
The ideal candidates will have a passion for the Food & Beverage industry, strong communication skills, proficiency in IT systems, thrive on the challenge of delivering amazing hospitality and have a hands-on leadership style. 
 
Role Responsibilities:

• Oversee cellar and stock management to ensure a curated offering for guests
• Collaborating with the Chef to refine the menu, and implementing standard operating procedures for seamless operations.
• Offer creative solutions and recommendations.
