On behalf of a wonderful 4-Star Hotel in Cumbria, we are searching for a Bar & Restaurant Supervisor. 
 
Salary £25,755
 
We are seeking an individual with similar prior experience and the skills and knowledge to transition into a managerial role.
 
Role Responsibilities: 

• Oversee the restaurant’s drinking and dining experience for guests.
• Training the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Monitor and address time management, ensuring tasks are completed to the required standard.
• Provide training to new and existing team members.
• Manage stock levels.
• Work independently to deliver standard operating procedures
• Oversee various sections within the establishment.
• Conduct team briefings, organising and delegating roles.
• Manage the booking system.
• Resolve any guest issues.
• Complete cash up.
