We are currently recruiting a Deputy Restaurant Manager to join the team at a wonderful 4-Star Hotel in Ambleside, Cumbria. 
 
Salary £27,743 – £28,559 
 
Role Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with the management team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
• Maintain high service standards, and enhance overall profitability. 
• Optimise the table reservation system
• Foster a positive team culture, and oversee all restaurant and bar activities.
• Lead the Front of House team by example, addressing guest queries
• Maintaining equipment and inventory. 
• Maximise revenue opportunities, and contribute to the ongoing success
