Job Title: Live-In or Live-Out Nanny
Location: Dubai
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary Range: 15,000 – 16,000 AED per month
 
A family of eight, based in Dubai, is looking for a Nanny to join their team. With a team of six Nannies, the family assign one child per Nanny so are looking for someone who is familiar working within a large team.
 
The ideal candidate will be a strong-willed, firm but fair Nanny who has experience with the age group 5-10 years old. Candidates must be willing to travel for the role with the family when needed. 
 
Accommodation can be provided as a shared bedroom and bathroom so live-out candidates are preferred. 
 
Responsibilites:

• Provide childcare for a team of 6 nannies responsible for 6 children, aged 5-10 years old.
• Work 6 days a week, with 12-hour shifts.
• Assist in packing school bags for all children.
• Accompany children to and from school for drop-offs and pickups.
• Ensure the children eat breakfast. lunch and dinner.
• Supervise and assist children with showers and bedtime routines.
• Maintain an open-minded and adaptable approach to childcare.
• Demonstrate strong-willed and assertive behavior when necessary.
• Collaborate effectively with other members of the nanny team and household staff.
• Ensure the safety, well-being, and happiness of the children at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a nanny or childcare provider, preferably with multiple children and in a similar setting.
• Ability to handle the needs and demands of children aged 5-10 years old.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly in managing schedules and routines.
• Flexibility to work long hours and adjust to changing priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters.
• Proven longevity
• Ability to communicate well in English
