Role: Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant
Division: Private Households, Estates & Family Offices 
Salary: £26,000-£30,000 plus uncapped commission

The Role: 
You will be joining our agency to work within our successful Private Staffing Division supporting Private Family Households, Estates and Family Offices of Ultra High Net Worth Individuals. This role will give you the opportunity to build your own network of clients and candidates within the private sector along with supporting our already existing loyal clients and candidates. 
 
At Achieve Hospitality, you will be responsible for securing clients, attracting candidates to jobs and matching them to Private Staffing opportunities. You will build positive long-lasting relationships in order to gain a better understanding of your clients’ bespoke needs and requirements. As part of your role, you will post job adverts in a range of media and other platforms, network, screen candidates, interview them and match them to clients.
 
About You:

• A strong background in recruitment and/or in the private staffing or yachting industry
• Excellent attention to detail 
• Time management and organisation skills
