Job Title: Live-in Junior Estate Manager
Location: London
Schedule: 6 days per week, live-in position
Start Date: End of June
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 gross per annum
Accommodation: Seperate accomodation on site

We are in search of a diligent Junior Estate Manager to join a prestigious household in London. The ideal candidate will possess robust skills in general property maintenance and hands-on tasks, preferably gained from experiences in private residences, hospitality, or construction settings.
The Junior Estate Manager must be comfortable around dogs, as a significant aspect of this role entails caring for a large dog. Responsibilities include feeding, exercising, and maintaining the dog’s area.
Additionally, the Junior Estate Manager will oversee minor maintenance tasks, dog sitting during the principal’s absence, and general outdoor upkeep.
The preferred candidate will be a non-smoker, and demonstrate commitment to long-term engagement.
We seek a collaborative team member capable of operating independently with minimal oversight. Essential attributes include practicality, dependability, and a strong work ethic.

  • Execute property caretaker duties
  • Garden maintenance, driveway upkeep, pressure washing, plant care, leaf removal, and waste management
  • Attend to the needs of the principal’s dog
  • Ensuring adequate sustenance and care
  • Address basic repair tasks such as painting and aminor DIY
  • Conduct regular property inspections and resolving any arising issues
  • Monitor fire detection systems and sporadic surveillance equipment, conducting patrols to ensure security measures are upheld
  • Familiarity with basic utility meters and proficiency in operating Creston system for climate control and lighting management
  • Exhibit keen attention to detail and adeptness in troubleshooting and resolving problems in a timely manner
  • Assist with occasional errands including grocery shopping, package reception, and compiling weekly reports for the Property Manager


  • Non-smoker with a well-presented demeanor
  • Preferably inclined towards a quieter lifestyle without frequent social engagements
  • Strong driving capabilities highly advantageous; driving responsibilities constitute 5-10% of duties for exceptional drivers
  • Background in construction is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in technology use is imperative
  • Capability to work independently with minimal supervision
