Hotel Housekeeper Recruitment in Scotland.
Salary £25,000-£30,000
We are currently recruiting a number of Housekeepers for our fantastic client, a luxury hotel based in the Scottish Highlands.
Job Overview:
You will ensure that all assigned areas are cleaned and sanitised according to company standards, contributing to a pleasant and comfortable environment for our guests/residents.
Key Responsibilities are but not limited to:

  • Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
  • Clean and sanitise bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas.
  • Change linens and make beds in accordance with company procedures.
  • Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
  • Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products.
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate personnel.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols while performing duties.
  • Maintain confidentiality and respect guests’/residents’ privacy at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.


  • Proven experience as a Housekeeper or similar role preferred.
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques and procedures.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and thoroughness.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
