We are recruiting a Hotel Manager to lead the team at a unique, luxury small 4-Star Hotel in The Lake District.
 
Salary up to £36,000 DOE 
 
As the Hotel Manager, you will spearhead inventive approaches, work closely with senior leadership and culinary experts to enhance operations continuously, and cultivate strong partnerships with suppliers. Proactively addressing guest inquiries, guiding Front of House teams, and nurturing a supportive team environment via training initiatives are essential.
 
Role Responsibilities: 

  • Aligning F&B offerings with sustainability and commercial strategies
  • Collaborating on brand campaigns
  • Contributing to new concept development. 
  • Full accountability for service delivery, financial results and cost control across all related operations.
  • Creating and enforcing policies, targets, and KPIs, generating data-driven reports.
  • Maximising revenue through planning and promotions.
