Junior Sous Chef
We are currently recruiting a Junior Sous Chef, on behalf of an outstanding four star hotel based in Leicester.
Salary – £29,000
- Play an important role in directing the food preparation process.
- Delegate tasks to other members of the kitchen team.
- Consistently cook and prepare high quality dishes.
- Motivate and work closely with other chefs in the brigade.
- Supervise and oversee some sections of the kitchen.
- Play an important role in overseeing the health and safety and hygiene practices.
- Assist in managing and ordering stock.
- Ensure that the kitchen meets all regulations including food safety and hygiene guidelines.
- Previous experience in a similar property.
- Previous experience working as a Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef with similar duties.
- Tips of up to £1,400 per year
