We are currently recruiting a Junior Sous Chef, on behalf of an outstanding four star hotel based in Leicester. 
 
Salary – £29,000
 
The Role 

  • Play an important role in directing the food preparation process. 
  • Delegate tasks to other members of the kitchen team. 
  • Consistently cook and prepare high quality dishes. 
  • Motivate and work closely with other chefs in the brigade. 
  • Supervise and oversee some sections of the kitchen. 
  • Play an important role in overseeing the health and safety and hygiene practices. 
  • Assist in managing and ordering stock. 
  • Ensure that the kitchen meets all regulations including food safety and hygiene guidelines. 

About You 

  • Previous experience in a similar property. 
  • Previous experience working as a Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef with similar duties.
