We are working with our longstanding UHNW client in their search for a temporary Personal Chef for the month of February in Courchevel.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in catering to high-profile and HNW clients in chalets and private households, and be able to demonstrate their creativity, skill, and the flexibility to work around the clients culinary preferences.
The role will be based in Courchevel for the month of February, and accommodation will be provided but an EU passport is beneficial. 
Main responsibilities:

  • Create bespoke menus tailored to the preferences and dietary requirements of the client, their family and their occasional guests
  • Incorporate season and locally-sourced ingredients to enhance the overall dining experience
  • Prepare and present high-quality meals with precision and attention to detail
  • Demonstrate proficiency in a variety of cuisines
  • Manage the kitchen operations, ensuring cleanliness and organisation at all times
  • Engage with the client to understand their preferences, special requests, and any specific dietary needs

The ideal candidate:

  • Proven experience as a Private Chef in high-end chalets and private households
  • Able to demonstrate ability to create diverse and appealing menus for the client and their family
  • Exceptional culinary skills with a focus on presentation and taste
  • Familiarity with various cooking techniques and international cuisines
  • Flexible to make amendments to menus depending on feedback and the client’s preferences
  • Impeccable professionalism and discretion in dealing with confidential information
